Currently, I am able to join by using my own IPv4 default gateway however I have given this and the public IP to my friend and he is unable to join. I am running the server off my own pc with a different steam account. I am not able to join with the public IP shown in steam command either. I suspect the problem is related to port forwarding, there is currently not a server.cfg

The start.bat file looks like: srcds -game csgo -console +clientport 27016 -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 -net_port_try 1 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 +sv_setsteamaccount 38DE1BCE07D1DB820A98A7C683XXXXXX
