I have been on an Amazon Fire HD 10 Kids tablet for a while, and I was wondering how I can sync a Minecraft world to an Asus Chromebook . I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

If you are playing on multiple devices (even if it's one player), you're probably better off hosting a server.

Without basically exporting and saving that world export every time you finish playing, and downloading and overriding a world from a remote source before starting play, this isn't really a use case on Android due to the worlds being saved internally, and recent Android updates have been making it harder for applications to access the data of another application.
