Once i got my possession, i retraced steps all the way back to the beginning as far as i could go with the vigor to see what i can do, the possession can only be used on the vendor to receive some money and by the time i am supposed to use the vigor on the ticket vendor i ended up with 182 coins, still not nearly enough :( its not possible to get the vigor bucking bronco.
