For some reasons all cooldown items don't go on cooldown when i hit the hotkey i noticed

that my potion do go off and wards but items like botrk,hextech gunbalde etc. are not going when i try to use their active and i am using smart cast by the way but this just started happening recently so i don't think its smart casting that is affecting my problem.
