Once I got my possession, I retraced steps all the way back to the beginning as far as I could go with the vigor to see what I can do. The possession can only be used on the vendor to receive some money and by the time I am supposed to use the vigor on the ticket vendor I ended up with 182 coins, still not nearly enough. It's not possible to get the Bucking Bronco vigor.
