Before Blizzard revamped the portal system during BFA, the horde were able to portal to the Blasted Lands from the Cleft of Shadow in Orgrimmar. Since then, my understanding is that they moved the Blasted Lands portal to a dialogue option when speaking to the Thrallmar Mage in the Orgrimmar portal room.  However, my main character, who has completed every expansion, does not see an option to take this portal when speaking to this NPC.

What requirement am I missing to activate the portal dialogue option?
