As mentioned in the comments, Hanzo's wallhack is answered in [this question][1]. As for Widowmaker, it is possible to hear her say "No one can hide from my sight" in French, but it's very quiet compared to other ultimates like Barrage, Tactical Visor, or Rip-Tire.
