It appears to work similarly, though at a lower percentage.
Oblivion's Chameleon at 100% (emphasis mine):
It is possible to combine multiple Chameleon enchantments to reach 100% Chameleon, causing your character to be visually non-existent and nearly completely undetectable while performing any actions. NPCs will only interact with you if they are ...
According to the Notes on the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages - Morrowind:Athletics
You can quickly train Athletics with minimal effort by toggling on Autowalk while facing a wall. This will passively increase Athletics skill without your character accidentally walking into trouble. A more effective way to do this is to swim towards a wall; a well-suited ...
From the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages Forum
I think it depends on the weapon as to whether the option should be on or off. With many weapons, all three attacks do similar damage so you might want to leave if off for a bit of variety. For weapons where there is a significant difference between the attacks, I would turn it on. I'm assuming your character ...
According to Fessic's Beginner's Guide to Console Commands, which I found via Google expressly to answer this question, the maximum amount is 65,000. I haven't tested this myself, but it sounds like he knows what he's talking about:
Add Items Directly to Your Inventory: player -> additem "[object ID]"
I realize this one's a bit confusing so let's ...
There are a lot of diferent ways, the dwemer could have disappeard.
I am going to sum up a few from the Imperial Library. I assume, that you already know something about "Kagrenac and his tools" else i really recomend to read the articles i linked.
The tools worked. Kagrenac successfully used his tools, and possibly
The Calling, to take his race and ...
Short answer: No, there is nothing stopping a player from confronting Dagoth Ur right from the start, but you will need Sunder and Keening to actually accomplish anything.
Ghostfence is fairly easy to get past. The gate is IIRC openable right from the start, you can levitate over the fence anyway, and if all else fails, the Scrolls of ...
You can mix armor types. The only drawback is, that you level them more slowly, if you wear part light armor and part no armor, then both will increase at half the rate, if you were fully unarmored or fully lightly armored.
Unarmored is generally considered very bad, as its armor value is very low unless you get it to enormous skill levels (which requires ...
Armor's actually pretty lousy for enchanting. Most of the light and medium armor tops out at around 20 points of enchantment. If you want to enchant light armor, the best pieces are glass cuirass (12 points), Telvanni cephalopod helm (an astonishing 100 points), glass greaves (10 points), glass boots (10 points), glass or chitin bracers (10 points each), ...
Yes certain factions conflict with each other. I tried to keep the following list relatively spoiler-free so I apologize for vagueness.
The Great Houses of Morrowind are mutually exclusive and as such, you can only join one of the three choices (Hlaalu, Telvanni, or Redoran) without the use of a bug.
The Fighters Guild quest "...
This is a complete list of the joinable factions in Morrowind. A quick Google search of any one of them should be able to help you find any notes regarding how you join them. Don't forget: Joining certain factions closes you off to other ones, and you cannot advance in certain factions beyond a certain point if you've already done a certain amount in another ...
Windows bases file associations on the extension, not on the file content. Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim mods have differences in internal structure, but all have the same extensions, .esm (Elder Scrolls Master), .esp (Elder Scrolls Plugin), and .bsa (Bethesda Softworks Archive). So installing the construction set for one game will overwrite any file ...
You need to activate the stones in an order that mimics the sound you hear in the cave. Do this once, and the order of the notes should change. Do it a second time with the new tune, and you should be able to go back to the Earth Stone and activate it. Source: UESP Wiki
Which side-quests are available early in the game which would contribute to a characters leveling progress?
before my answer it should be noted how Morrowind's leveling system works. you don't gain EXP via completing quests or killing stuff. you gain "exp" by leveling up the Minor and Major skills you selected/were assigned to you at the start of the game.
The atronach sign is pretty nice, since it gives you so much magicka to cast spells. However, you won't be able to regenerate magicka by resting, you have to either absorb it from enemies or use potions.
If you dislike not being able to regenerate magicka while resting, the apprentice still give a good bonus to total magicka but is weaker against ...
No. Almost everything on that page is inaccurate. Generally werewolves are treated like NPCS instead of creatures and generally do not have captured souls (though some end up being treated like creatures and do have petty souls). Daedric armor has no effect on werewolves (besides the high armor rating), and daedric weapons do not get the bonus double damage ...
I believe you're talking about bypassing the fourth and fifth trials (the second trial is being immune to disease).
There is a way to bypass these hunks of the main quest, but it's not time, it's level and reputation:
If your level is higher than 20 and you have at least 50 reputation, then you will not have to complete the Fourth and Fifth trials. ...
There is a mod called Cool Enchanted Ambience which allows you to wear enchanted gear without reconizing it as enchanted.
Cool Enchanted Gear Ambience Mod
You see, I very much dislike the bright, glowy enchanted items' effect because (A) It immediately tells you that it's an enchanted item, and I think it'd be cool if it was harder to tell, and (B) it ...
I hope this helps
Location : Tel Vos/Just outside Balmora

The core of the answer is "Nobody really knows what happened at Red Mountain"
From the UESP article for the battle:
In a 2005 interview, Douglas Goodall stated that during the development of Morrowind there was no "official" account of what happened at the Battle of Red Mountain. "...When I was at Bethesda, there was officially no answer. No one knew ...
I don't recommend doing this as it's not fun playing when you're cheating because it breaks the balance and kills challenges, but here is what I have found out long ago while playing.
You can jump on the head of a character(you need to balance on it or you'll quickly fall down) or on a high object and enter stealth mode and if you are high enough you will ...
Without the use of console commands? You can effectively do anything with console commands.
The only way other than that, if you've already killed him, is if you killed him while already being a "Master Wizard" at the actual time you killed him. (The rank in the guild directly preceding Arch-Mage)
If you weren't, then no, you can't become Arch-Mage.
If you ...
The yellow and blue blob is that exclamation mark you see which means a texture or mesh is missing. I recommend you check your downloads and see what's wrong. If there's something wrong, redownload it and follow the right drill for the download.
The correct location ID for the example is "Balmora, Caius Cosades' House"
So, just type this:
coc "Balmora, Caius Cosades' House"
It should work, worked for me anyway.
Usually the houses in cities go like this:
"CityName, Firstname Surname's House"
Sometimes the House can be Manor or something else. Also, you don't need to add the "player->" when ...
Chameleon plays a number of different roles in Morrowind gameplay:
If your Chameleon rating is 75 or greater, NPCs will mostly not engage in "casual interactions" with you: they won't turn to face you as you walk by, they won't initiate dialog, they won't attack you even if their aggression level is high.
It factors into your ability to sneak, but there's ...
I have found the solution! I read in a blog (can't remember the url now, sorry) where an usser had this same issue. She reinstalled the Directx and the MGE GUI run. I reinstalled then Directx9 instead of the 10, and now the MGE GUI runs fine as before reinstalling my laptop. So, issue solved.
Using a console:
If you are playing on PC, you can move yourself to NPC by his refID.
Where XX is his refID.
I highly recommend you not to move NPC to Player, command will simply create NPC's double.
