I don't have an official blizzard link, but there were issues a few days ago as well where ladder games were not awarding win/loss points. It appears this is currently happening again, there are several posts on reddit, battle.net forums, and in the in-game chat channels that are reporting the same thing.
Oh Certainly! That just sounds like a lot of work for whatever project you have, plus extra work they have to do to sign up. But depending on the type of community you have, that might work. @LessPop also had a good idea about screenshot submission, but again, that requires a lot of work to review so it would depend on your user base.
@Chaulky, I think what others would recommend is, KEEP building probes so you have them when you ultimately do take your third. As Day[9] would say, think about the long game and prepare for it.
I would suggest that kiting not be limited to ranged vs. melee. For example, stalkers in SC2 can kite marines because they out range them, but both are ranged attacking units.
FYI, I tried using the latter strategy, using the "Load" option for the medivacs, and was not able to get it to work, so I would recommend sticking to the first part of this answer. The reason for this is that you have to manually select a target if you use the Load shortcut.
