Much of the main game being female/having one present will make things more dangerous. Conversely in BBI (additional content meant to be tackled after the main game) being male/having one present will make things more dangerous. Also there is an all female bandit camp in the main game whose reactions depend on gender (or crossdressing). | |

Example- my very short dwarvish looking vampire lady cannot walk through any streams without her lantern going out. My taller version of the same character before I started the new game + had very few instances where walking into a stream would extinguish her lantern. | |
