Any way to exit Geirmund's Hall without killing the boss?
Do you have any bows and arrows with you? Or any other long range attacks like firebolt or ice spike? Crouch behind the table and you can damage him slowly until he's dead.

This is a strange question because you cannot remarry once your original spouse dies. Also there is no spouse that gives you 300 gold per day.

I edited the main article above to include test data. In a trial of 100 battles against a strong opponent, 0 occurrence of killcam death ignoring armor was observed. If data set of 100 is not sufficient, anyone can reproduce the test using the methodology described.

@kotekzot You assertion that armor is not considered when triggering finisher move is a very interesting one. When I first heard it on the forum somewhere, it seemed to make sense to me. However, after extensive experience I have come to believe that this is a Skyrim urban myth. Strange enough and interesting enough for people to believe with imperfect memory. Today I performed an experiment of dying to Dremora Valkynaz (16ff8) 100 times while observing the health value before death occurs. I am now more confident that this belief in armor being ignored when killcam is triggered is false.
