FYI, All WoW accounts get the Burning Crusade for free now, so if you can find a copy of the original WoW only for cheaper than the battle chest, that is probably the better deal: eu.battle.net/wow/en/blog/2545148
"Your maximum rest XP is equal to the total amount of XP needed to get through your current level." Does this mean if you are at 97% experience of the current level that you will only be able to get 3% worth of rested XP?
@Gumbz I am not sure what the exact FOV is by default. My answer would be for the PC version at least, "something much too low." I did a little testing trying to lower the FOV with the fix and then compare to the default in game without the fix. It is definitely lower than 50, probably about 35-40, which is pretty standard for consoles (since you sit further away) but frustrating on the pc.
@AnnaLear Someone changed the name of the forum thread which was clearly poorly thought out and made any hyperlink to that thread end up in the internet abyss. I've updated the links within.
Dino, just a heads up, the FOV fix I outline in the duplicate question linked here is now compatible with Origin, so give it a try if you'd like a relatively easy fix for FOV.
As someone who usually likes to go through questing in a similar fashion as you, at this point I'm thinking I may have to end up going back and doing side quests by entire geographic regions such as all "Faelands" quests before moving to the next region. I am not far along enough yet to know if that will even work well, so I'll be interested to see what other people who are further along have to say.
