@ColinD while I agree on your stance with an unreleased game, whole of league is a constantly updated game. EVERYTHING in the game is for a specific instance in time. Champs are remade, items and abilities are changed and removed. There is not really a big enough difference between PBE and the live game. Just that things change slightly faster in PBE, your stance is that Debian Unstable doesn't need a wiki, while Testing does, because things might change.
@ColinD "so there is still a chance this question is not practically answerable/offtopic" is one of the more silly things you can say about a question that is already ANSWERED.
You are getting off-topic and making a discussion, stay on the question of Vayne's tumble. Does Vayne's DPS ALWAYS increase when tumble is used, or can you reach a point where DPS get lower if you tumble?
Considering no one have the exact times of the animations it's very hard to determine. On COULD try to test vayne tumble over and over, to get to some sort of value, that wouldn't be based on guessing. You'd need a splitsecond timer (being able to take 0.1 second, 0.01 is irrelevant), and check it over and over, like 20-30 times at least to get a proper average.
