I saw this in a video showing a scene from the History channel on TV. It was on a T-Shirt that was worn by a male mannequin. As far as I remember, this is from some sort of open-world game. I tried google searching it, but found no results for it.

How do you know it was from a game? – Ash Jul 9 '17 at 15:28

I dunno if this really hits our exception for gaming identification; you think you saw it in a game, but we have nothing but your memory to go off of. – Frank Jul 9 '17 at 16:32

I knew it looked familiar! It is the logo of the Enlightened in Ingress: ingress.wikia.com/wiki/Enlightened – Sentry Jul 9 '17 at 20:22

Why was this considered off topic? It's a screenshot of an element from a game. That's explicitly acceptable. – user149305 Jul 9 '17 at 22:32

@GGMG No, it's a screenshot from a video with an element the asker thinks is from a game. It...sorta meets our criteria, and sorta doesn't. As is, we're straying towards a much stricter interpretation than before. – Frank Jul 10 '17 at 3:19

It is the logo/symbol of the Enlightened, a faction in Ingress

Enlightened

The color of the Enlightened is usually green, while the color of the opposing faction, the Resistance, is blue. The color of the logo on the T-Shirt is quite ubiquitous in Ingress, though.

Now my question is, why was the History Channel showing a mannequin with a symbol from Ingress on its shirt? – Timmy Jim Jul 10 '17 at 11:17

I was actually seeing a video about LED T-shirts. In that I saw a glimpse of this. No Idea how it become historic! – AEonAX Jul 10 '17 at 12:46
