Wouldn't you run into ore and mod related contet generation issues by just keeping the world file? at the very least for the discovered chunks of the map?
As far as i know you need to have: 1) an account on the minecraft website 2) buy minecraft with that account. At this point you can use your login to play the game. Do you meet these requirements? this is probably part of why your old question was branded as unclear.
I did test this, i am unsure if this breaks any TOS since valve specifies only one account is allowed to use the library at a time. Being offline of course prevents you from playing online and even if you have a dedicated server for a multiplayer game, most games check your game key/player id to prevent this (all valve games for example), most coop games like borderlands, dying light, dead Island ecc.. will allow you to offline LAN coop owning only 1 copy of said game, i doubt this is fixable since being offline means u won't communicate valve's servers
This is partially imprecise: if you were to play your own games in offline mode your shared library would still be avayable for use to an user that has been enabled to share the library. This is a workaround and might possibly be patched in the future although i doubt it will be.
It is being upvoted simply because what OP is asking is impossible. The game that has been bought on retail specifically states that it is for a rockstar profile, steam integration as a steam game (joining trough steam, achievments and such) never work this way unless valve decided to include the cd Keys to their own pool, like with old retail copies of warhammer 40k dawn of war. Many, many newer games do not allow this, particularly ones that are natively on different platforms like U-play or rockstar's (this is the reason these are sold for lower prices online than their steam counterpart)
The issue is named rollover, key ghosting would happen if he did not press the I key but the game registered it anyway because of the other Keys being pressed.
As a matter of fact the game is playable without an internet connection and even if you had one and it were to be an "outdated" version you can still play, even while it downloads the update or simply you can decide not to ever update it at all.
