How should I build a "paladin" character?

What about attributes (magika, health, stamina)? I was thinking maybe 1:2:1 ratio. Is it spreading too thin to try and increase them all?

What is a good way to manage multiple characters?

World in Conflict--are there still servers out there?

I bought this game when it first game out and loved it. I was thinking about digging it out of the closet, but are there still servers going in 2013?
